Guess Who's 40

My mom just turned 40 on Tuesday. Grandma took mom to see Beverly Hills Chihuahua then had dinner at Holidays in Auburn. Then Mom's friend Lynn made a chocolate swirl cake with chocolate frosting. Even had a big 40 on top.

Mom got a iPhone for her birthday and the second picture she took with it was the picture of this husky. I found out this husky's name was Fluffy. She was mom's first dog, no wonder why the picture is over our bed. I guess mom loved her.

Well everyone stay warm.

Snow Storm Sundays

The past 2 Sunday's mom has been busy snow blowing the driveway and the walk ways. One Sunday mom had to walk to a clients house to take care of 3 horses. See the roads were very slippery and not good to drive on. It was so bad that on Highway 93 in Derry there was a 59 car pile up. I stayed in my favorite place wrapped in the blanket nice and warm.

Right now we have 22 1/2 inch of snow on the picnic table. I love to spend time outside playing in the snow. Time to get brushed out and then go to the bank for my cookie. Stay warm and have fun in the snow.

Frozen New Hampshire

Right we are getting the freeze for 2009. Unfortunately mom has come down with the flu so she has to stay in bed. By grandma's orders. So we get to stay nice and warm and sleep all day. My favorite place is wrapped up in the orange afghan on the cough, as you can see by the picture.

Well time to get back to bed and sleep. Everyone stay warm and covered up. I am going back to the blanket and get wrapped up.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year

Mom and I are glade 2008 is over. We had a bad year. In August we lost my great grandpa Hargreaves, October 9 we lost mom's friend Fran, she owned the alpacas, and then October 15 we lost my grandpa Hutchins. Plus there was the Icy Storm in December when we lost power for 5 days and the other side of town lost power for 7 days.

This year we are hoping for a better year. Mom and Grandma are working on getting me and Uncle Brodie to class together.

Picture 1: Mom took me to Pet Smart to pickup some treats and our Shiba Inu Calander.

Picture 2: I am trying to find out what I got in my stocking for Christmas. Goodies.

Picture 3: Here I am helping Lynn, mom's friend, with her presents. I get to help everyone.

Well Happy New Year Everyone.

We're Back

Boston was fun. We placed 1st and Winners in the Novice group for Shiba's. But did not go on to Non-Sporting Group. We had competion when we went into the Best In Breed. After competing we walked around and saw many of Grandma's friends running agility and 1 friend who was helping the Old English Sheep Dog rescue booth. Sandy did not know Mom was competing with me in Breed.

1. The picture the group we are the last ones in line.
2. We are coming back to the judge. Boy I look GREAT.
3. Here I am waiting for the judge to come up and look at me.

Well our next show will be Fitchburg, Mass. next month.

Everyone stay warm and cuddle up with someone. I love to cuddle with mom on the couch.

Happy Holidays

Boston Dog Show 2008

Yup mom just signed me up for the Boston Dog Show December 4 and 5. Here I am in my LEAST favorite place. The bath tub. I let mom and everyone else in the building that I DO NOT like taking a bath. I SCREAM. Next will be going to grandma's to get my nails done. YUCK. But I guess I have to put up with it to get the BIG beautiful ribbons for mom, Eunice and Mark. Oh Eunice and Mark are my breeders who live in Derry, NH.

Well time to recover for the bath. I hope you all have a safe and Warm Thanksgiving and a Happy New Year. When we get back from Boston mom will let you all know what happens since I can't type on the computer.

Fall Is Here

The cool weather has arrived. When mom brought me in last night I was very cold, even my paws where cold. I was happy to get in my crate and warm up. Uncle Willie left to go back to Australia this afternoon. Last Saturday the boy scouts did their scouting for food. I went with mom and Charlie to the Armory in Portsmouth to help with the collection of food. I stayed on mom's lap and "Helped" put the numbers in the computer and keep mom's lap warm. Everyone likes to see me with my mom.

Everyone stay warm.
